The Cardinals are bringing back Drew Butler.
The punter, who was released Oct. 4 because he suffered a calf injury and the Cardinals needed a roster spot, took an injury settlement at the time. Now that he’s sat out the requisite six weeks, the team re-signed him Tuesday and cut punter Ryan Quigley.
Quigley averaged 41.6 yards on his 34 punts for the Cards, with a net of 37.2 yards a kick. He had 13 punts inside the 20,
two touchbacks and one crucial punt blocked in the Seattle game.
