Kyler Murray will have a feather in his cap when he makes his much-anticipated return to his home state of Texas. In advance of the Cardinals’ game at the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football, Arizona’s second-year quarterback will be going home as the reigning NFC Offensive Player of the Week.
Murray won the honor on Wednesday following his performance Sunday in a 30-10 victory at the New York Jets.
Murray completed 27 of 37 passes (72.9%) for a career-high 380 yards, a touchdown and a passer rating of 103.4. He also ran for 31 yards and a touchdown.
