DETROIT – The Cardinals billed Sunday’s game against the Lions as one that would show what kind of team they had.
But it turned out to be a two-for-one deal, because the Lions showed what kind of team they had, too.
After their first loss of the season a week ago, the Cardinals bounced back on Sunday with a 42-17 victory over the Lions.
The victory improved their record to 4-1, and coupled with losses by the Seahawks and Rams, gave them a two-game lead in the NFC West.
The Lions looked every bit the 0-5 team they are.
