Christian Kirk says there is a bit of a "hierarchy" in the Cardinals wide receiver room, and he knows exactly why. It is a pecking order that is natural in that it has been earned. And it puts Kirk behind Larry Fitzgerald and DeAndre Hopkins.
But while Hopkins and Fitzgerald may currently overshadow their younger teammate, the Cardinals think that in turn gives Kirk a greater opportunity to shine in Year 3.
"I see the production and I see the potential to go through the roof," coach Kliff Kingsbury said on Kirk ahead of training camp.
Last year, Kirk became the second-quickest player in franchise history to hit 100 career receptions, doing so in his 22nd game.
