When the Arizona Cardinals announced their first cuts, one of the big surprises was how punter Dave Zastudil was among them. That meant Drew Butler, who punted all last season while Zastudil was injured, won the job. That makes some fans a little worried, but it doesn't worry head coach Bruce Arians.
"I think he won the battle easily on a daily basis," he explained.
Fans recall the playoff game in Carolina when Butler really struggled. Arians said that game was the exception.
"He had a heck of a year other than the playoff game," he explained.
