While the Cardinals added linebacker Isaiah Simmons in the first round of last year’s draft, that shouldn’t preclude them from targeting another run-stuffing linebacker at No. 16.
If Arizona can land a premier prospect like Penn State linebacker Micah Parsons or Notre Dame defender Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah in Round 1, it should pull the trigger.
