The Arizona Cardinals held their second practice of training camp on Sunday
The second day of training camp practice for the Arizona Cardinals found that the offense is a little ahead of the defense. Given the weapons on each side and how much of the offense remains the same this season, that really comes as little surprise.
Cardinals receivers J.J. Nelson and Brittan Golden both made some great plays. Quarterback Carson Palmer looked strong and rookie running back David Johnson had a long run.
The good news is the guys who had previous problems, like safety Tyrann Mathieu, Palmer, and cornerback Patrick Peterson all looked good.
