Arizona Cardinals sign veteran cornerback Josh Shaw to one-year contract

The 26-year old Shaw (6-1, 200) is a four-year NFL veteran who entered the league as a fourth round selection (120thoverall) in the 2015 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals. He has appeared in 55 games (14 starts) in his career and totaled 106 tackles, an interception, seven passes defensed and a fumble recovery while also adding 14 tackles on special teams. Shaw appeared in 47 games (14 starts) in three seasons with the Bengals (2015-17), playing both cornerback and safety. The Palmdale, CA native appeared in four games with the Kansas City Chiefs and four games with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2018

Shaw was a tweener slot cornerback and safety in his two best seasons with the Bengals in 2016 and 2017.
