Today, the team announced the signing of two undrafted free agents, cornerback Nate Brooks and running back Wes Hills. In addition, the team released nine players.

Brooks (6-0, 192) played at North Texas where he was a semifinalist for the Thorpe Award as the nation’s top defensive back after having six interceptions (third most in the FBS), 67 tackles, and 10 passes defensed while starting all 13 games in 2018. A Whitehouse, TX Native, Brooks was a four-year starter for the Mean Green and finished his career with 193 tackles, 10 interceptions, 29 passes defensed, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery in 48 games (41 starts).
