Cardinals rookie receiver Christian Kirk met with reporters on Tuesday for the first time since having disorderly-conduct charges against him dropped last week. Those charges stemmed from his arrest in February at the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Scottsdale police said he threw rocks at vehicles and was allegedly intoxicated.
The second-round draft pick didn’t wish to discuss the incident in any detail, saying he just wants to move on and continue working hard during the rest of organized team activities this week at the team’s Tempe training facility.
“I’m just happy it’s all done and over with and I can just focus on football now,” Kirk said.
