As we near the end of the 2019 NFL season and league year with the Super Bowl this Sunday in Miami, the league will be celebrating its players at the annual NFL Honors gala in Miami. Three Arizona Cardinals players in particular could be a winner of an award.
First, up for Offensive Rookie of the Year is Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray. Murray finished the 2019 season with 3,722-yards passing with 20 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.
Of those 12 interceptions, 7 of them came in the last month of play in December. You could tell he was pressing in a couple of games to make things happen, most notably in the game at home against the Pittsburgh Steelers on December 8th in which they fell behind and tried to stay with them.
