The Arizona Cardinals are making moves in order to get back enough players to practice coming out of their bye week.
It started with the placement of Ifeanyi Momah and Jared Veldheer on the injured reserve list.
In corresponding moves, the Cardinals elevated offensive lineman Taylor Boggs and a safety, Christian Bryant, to the active roster.
The Boggs move is not surprising, he has been with the team through camp, so his elevation makes sense, but they did not feel the need to bring a tight end, even from outside, into the mix?
Well, actually they did, with the Cardinals signing Brian Leonhardt to the practice squad.
