Arizona Cardinals offense will need fixing next offseason

It’s been painful watching the Arizona Cardinals offense this season. Scoring drives have been few and far between. Even first downs have been hard to come by.

Offensive coordinator Mike McCoy‘s play-calling has been abysmal. Still, the beleaguered assistant is not solely to blame. An extreme lack of talent on the field has also been a major factor.

With a record of one and five, the Cards can pretty much kiss this season goodbye. General manager Steve Keim needs to start mapping out a plan for 2019. Taking steps to improve the scoring attack would be a good place to start.
