Arizona Cardinals learn a lesson: A team can't have too many defensive linemen

You don't have to go deep into the archives to find the reasons the Cardinals drafted two defensive linemen in the fourth round Saturday. They can be be found in the official game book from their final contest of the 2019.

On Dec. 29 at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, these were the Cardinals defensive linemen active against the Rams: Corey Peters, Caraun Reid, Miles Brown, Michael Dogbe and Zach Kerr.

Peters was the only regular starter available, and Dogbe, a rookie seventh-round pick, was the only other one of the five on the roster throughout the entire season.
