The Arizona Cardinals signed three tryout players from mini-camp but they did not include quarterback Taylor Kelly
The Arizona Cardinals rookie mini-camp is over but for three players, their NFL careers with team will continue for awhile. The Cardinals kept safeties Brandon Person and Harold Jones-Quartey, and quarterback Phillip Sims.
In order to add the three players, the Cardinals were forced to release three to bring the roster back to the 90-man limit. The Cardinals released tackle Kevin Palmer, cornerback Ross Weaver, and receiver Travis Harvey.
For Sims he becomes the fifth quarterback on the roster behind Carson Palmer, Drew Stanton, Logan Thomas, and Chandler Harnish.
