The Arizona Cardinals have a very talented room of running backs. With David Johnson, Chris Johnson and Andre Ellington, they have talent and versatility. Last offseason they tried to work on having two running backs on the field at the same time. They didn't use it much. There was a reason why.
In OTAs this offseason, they have tried to give it some looks in practice as well. Head coach Bruce Arians was asked about it on Tuesday after practice.
"We've been doing this for three years with Andre (Ellington) and whoever to have a two-back package," he said.
