Arizona Cardinals General Manager Steve Keim was arrested on suspicion of DUI during the Fourth of July holiday in Chandler.
Keim's arrest took place after he was stopped near a DUI checkpoint in Chandler at Ocotillo and Dobson roads at 12:33 a.m. July 5, according to Chandler Police. A spokesman for the department said Keim was released from custody later that morning.
"We are aware of the incident on Wednesday involving Steve Keim. He fully recognizes the seriousness of the situation and that this type of behavior is unacceptable and inexcusable,” the Cardinals said in a statement.
