One of the great things about going 3-13 and finishing last in the NFL is the draft picks. Heading into the 2019 NFL Draft, the Arizona Cardinals will have three picks in the first 65 selections and a second round pick that sits at No. 33.
Projecting who the Cardinals might draft in the second round is tough, because, on draft night, nobody knows what will happen. A freakish player with red-flags like D.K. Metcalf may fall to the second, or a team may reach for a prospect that most view as a later pick. If history tells us anything, we can’t predict what will happen on draft night.
