The Cardinals entered Week 2 of their coaching search on Monday, but are still conducting the initial interviews with at least two candidates.
The Cardinals planned to interview Falcons special teams coordinator Keith Armstrong today, and also are expected to schedule a meeting this week with Panthers defensive coordinator Steve Wilks.
Armstrong and Wilks could not be interviewed before this week because their teams were in the wild-card round of the playoffs.
The Panthers lost to the Saints, so Wilks could be hired as a head coach immediately. Wilks appears to be a popular candidate on the coaching market with the Giants, Lions and Colts also reportedly showing interested.
