The Arizona Cardinals continue to search for the right combination on defense.
This week, they have claimed veteran cornerback Trevor Williams, who was recently released by the Los Angeles Chargers.

Williams (5-11, 191) played 37 games (27 starts) the past three seasons with the Chargers and had 100 tackles (86 solo), three interceptions, 23 passes defensed, one fumble recovery and four tackles for loss. He originally joined the Chargers as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2016 out of Penn State. The 26-year old Williams had his best season in 2017 when he set career highs with 54 tackles and two interceptions in 16 games (15 starts).
