The Cardinals wouldn’t say much on Saturday about starting defensive end Darius Philon, who was reportedly arrested the previous day on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. But what little the team said spoke volumes, and it seems clear they’re ready to move on without him.
According to 12 News, Philon was released from custody on a $5,000 bond Saturday following his arrest stemming from an incident at a Phoenix strip bar back on May 17 in which he allegedly threatened to shoot a dancer outside the club when she refused to go home with him.
