As stated yesterday, what may be the case one hour may not be the case the next for the Arizona Cardinals. They’ve already made that a true statement on Monday.
On Sunday, the team announced seven practice squad players. On Monday, they have already cut two of them. The waived quarterback Drew Anderson and receiver A.J. Richardson. They added offensive lineman Sam Jones.
They must have more moves coming up their sleeve because there was plenty of room to add Jones without cutting Anderson and Richardson.
The Anderson release would make sense if they are truly adding Kyle Sloter, a move first announced on Sunday by Sloter himself.
