For the second time in a week, the Arizona Cardinals added a player they came back to after two sides failed to come to an agreement. The Cardinals agreed to a contract on Monday with defensive tackle Clinton McDonald, a 10-year NFL veteran.
McDonald was in last week for a visit with the team but could not come to terms. Last week the Cardinals signed receiver Michael Crabtree after a failed previous attempt.
McDonald was last with the Oakland Raiders in 2018. He previously played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Seattle Seahawks, and Cincinnati Bengals.
