With the next installment of the oldest rivalry in NFL history between the Arizona Cardinals (3-11) and Chicago Bears (5-9) on Christmas Eve, one team will receive an early present (a win) while the other receives a lump of coal (a loss).
These two teams are the only two NFL organizations who are still operating since the league was established in 1920.
Beginning on Nov. 28, 1920, the original matchup between the Racine Cardinals (Arizona) and the Decatur Staleys (Chicago) resulted in a Cardinals win, 7-6.
Arizona would then move to St. Louis in 1960 before arriving in the valley in 1988.
