As Kevin Garnett would say, anything’s possible. And until the Arizona Cardinals pass on Kyler Murray or trade down from the first overall, there is a possibility (albeit slim) that Steve Keim ships Josh Rosen off to another team while his value is still high.
To assess Rosen’s value, looking at the history of previous blockbuster trades for young quarterbacks is required. For example, Jay Cutler was shipped off to the Bears for two first round picks, a third-round pick, and Kyle Orton. Or the Brett Favre trade, as the second rounder was shipped off just a year after being drafted for a middle first round pick.
