After trading former seventh overall pick Jonathan Cooper to the New England Patriots in a deal to acquire Chandler Jones, the Arizona Cardinals were left with a hole at right guard. They appear to be set to fill it with an established veteran in free agency.
According to reporter Ian Rapoport, the Cardinals brought in veteran guard Evan Mathis and offered him a two-year contract. Likewise, they brought in Geoff Schwartz.
This comes after they already brought in guard Amini Silatolu and are reportedly bringing in tackle Andre Smith as well.
