The Arizona Cardinals announced a move on Friday, making a move on the back end of the roster and swapping a tackle for a guard. They announced the signing of guard Jon Halapio and made room for him on the 90-man offseason roster by waiving tackle Tavon Rooks. Halapio (6-2, 320) was drafted last year by the Patriots in the sixth round (179th overall) of the NFL Draft out of Florida. After being released by New England following training camp, he signed with the Denver Broncos practice squad on December 17 where he spent the remainder of the season.
