In today's Arizona Cardinals news update, Cardinals cornerback Antonio Cromartie isn't just one of the most skilled defensive backs in the game - he is also insanely fast off the line.
How fast? Per his Instagram account, Cromartie "ran 4.34 & 4.36 in the 40 today after a workout," and through training, he's "only getting faster."
