BOONE, N.C. - Appalachian State University women’s tennis (0-2) will look for its first win of the season at UNC Asheville (1-1) at 3 p.m. in the Asheville Racquet Club.

Appalachian is coming off a 7-0 setback to NC State and a 5-2 defeat to Campbell last Saturday to begin the spring schedule. Sophomore Heidi Swope would be the only student-athlete to snag a singles victory, which came against the Camels.
However, despite falling in both matches, the Mountaineers finished the weekend at 2-2 in doubles play.
