TEMPE, Ariz. - App State women's tennis junior Sasha Pisareva climbed four spots to 61st in the latest edition of the Oracle/Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) singles rankings, as announced by the ITA on Tuesday.
Pisareva is one of 11 players from North Carolina in the top 65, while she is the top-ranked player from the Sun Belt.
Thus far, the junior is 8-0 in singles and has three victories in doubles. She is one of two players in the Sun Belt undefeated in singles and the only player at the No. 1 spot who has yet to lose a match.
