Friday's Mid-American Conference matchup against Ball State came down to a crucial penalty stroke call, where the Cardinals buried the game-winner in overtime. Redshirt-freshman goalkeeper Madison Nuckols made her first two career starts in the goal cage, recording seven saves between the the two games.
