MOBILE, Ala. – Fresh off a conference-opening win against ULM last Saturday, the App State Mountaineers (10-3, 1-0 SBC) will hit the road for their first true road game since Dec. 13, to face the South Alabama Jaguars (8-5, 1-0 SBC) at the Mitchell Center on Thursday. Thursday's contest kicks off a season-high four-game road trip for the Mountaineers. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. ET (7 p.m. CT) and can be streamed on ESPN+.
With Saturday's win in the conference opener, the Mountaineers started the Sun Belt portion of their schedule 1-0 for just the second time in the Kerns era and the fifth time since 2010.
