BOONE, N.C. - The App State men's and women's cross country teams will host the Firetower Project Run on Friday at the Don Kennedy Trails at State Farm. The men's 8K is slated for 6 p.m. with the women's 6K to follow at 6:40 p.m.
Joining the Mountaineers in the field of competition will be Augusta, College of Charleston, Erskine, King, Mars Hill, Marshall, Milligan, Radford, Wake Forest, and Warren Wilson.
Last Time Out
The Mountaineers opened the 2024 campaign with the Covered Bridge Open, where the men's team clinched first with a score of 18 points in the men's 6K and the women placed second with 51 points in the women's 5K.
