The Mountaineers swept ULM this past weekend in Monroe. This marked their second conference sweep of the season after sweeping Georgia Southern earlier this month.
App State has continued the best start in program history at 17-7 overall and 6-0 in the Sun Belt.
The Apps are 12-22 all time against the Pirates in their 34 total meetings. The last time the two faced off against each other was in a doubleheader in 2015 at home.
