Men’s T&F Finishes Day One at Marshall Invite

HUNTINGTON, W.VA. - Appalachian State University men’s track and field competed in the 5,000 meters and the weight throw on day one of the Thundering Herd Invitational on Friday night. The men currently sit in sixth with four points after two events.

Chris Anderson and Collin Loy represented App State in the 5,000-meter race with Anderson landing in ninth with a time of 14:58.08 and Loy clocking a time of 15:52.57 to take 30th.

In the weight throw, senior Nathan Milch grabbed his third top-five finish in the event throwing a mark of 55-03.
