BOONE, N.C. - Appalachian State University men's tennis (5-15, 1-3 SBC) suffered a 4-0 decision to UTA (11-7, 2-2 SBC) on Sunday morning at the Deer Valley Racquet Club.
Despite the loss, App State did earn a split going 1-1 after its thrilling win over Louisiana on Friday.
The Mavericks started off by capturing the doubles point with both duos of Milo Bargeron/Alex Pavkovich and Alex Brea/Stone Campbell being edged in their matches, 6-3.
UTA would take the first three finished matches. However, Bargeron gave his counterpart, Enrique Pardo, all he could handle on Court No.
