Men's Golf Prepares for Cape Fear National

LELAND, N.C. — Appalachian State University men's golf will head from Myrtle Beach to Wilmington, N.C. to host the Cape Fear National Intercollegiate starting on Sunday.

The 54-hole tournament will be played over two days with 36 holes on Sunday and the final 18 holes on Monday. Cape Fear National golf course has a par of 72 and is 6,850 yards long.

The Mountaineers will compete as part of a 13 team field that includes: Delaware, Duke, Florida Gulf Coast, High Point, La Salle, North Dakota, Nyack College, Robert Morris, South Carolina Beaufort, UNCW, Western Illinois and Western Kentucky.
