RALEIGH, N.C. – App State men's basketball dropped its non-conference finale to NC State by a 72-60 score on Sunday afternoon.
Justin Forrest had another solid all-around game for the Mountaineers (8-5) with a game-high 25 points, five rebounds, three assists and four steals.
Adrian Delph reached double figures with 10 points and Isaac Johnson tallied seven points and eight rebounds. James Lewis Jr. had six points and six rebounds off the bench.
The Black and Gold conclude non-conference pay with a 6-5 record. It marks the best non-conference season for the Mountaineers since a 5-4 mark in the 2007-08 season.
