BOONE, N.C. — App State Football head coach Dowell Loggains announced Friday the hiring of college football coaching veteran Allen Mogridge as an offensive assistant coach.
Mogridge has served as the senior football advisor to the head football coach (for offense) at Georgia Tech during a 2024 season that culminates with the Yellow Jackets facing Vanderbilt in the Birmingham Bowl. Prior to that, the North Carolina alum compiled a coaching career resumé that has included stints as the offensive line coach at East Carolina, USF, FIU, Georgia Southern, UCF, Temple and Buffalo.
Mogridge, 48, has helped lead his teams to 14 bowl berths as a player and coach.
