A snowstorm in September?
That’s what Kidd Brewer Stadium is going to look like when Old Dominion University comes to Boone to face off against the Mountaineers in the first home game of the 2016 season.
The home opener is being promoted as the school’s first “whiteout” game, and just as the football squad is wearing white uniforms and helmets, App State fans are asked to wear all white.
Kickoff takes place on Saturday, Sept. 10 at 3:30 p.m.
So what to wear if you are going to the game?
Well, Mprints, which has been selling the game day, opponent-specific shirts for the past 15 years, will have the ODU-specific white shirts available for $10 (cash only) inside the stadium on Saturday.
