BOONE, N.C. — Tonight's baseball game between Appalachian State and Gardner-Webb has been moved from Charlotte to Boone, with first pitch scheduled for 7 p.m. at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium.
The three-game series is now also scheduled to conclude Saturday with a 2 p.m. doubleheader in Boone.
The changes to the series are related to weekend weather forecasts for Charlotte and Boone. App State is no longer scheduled to play a game in Charlotte this season.
