• After being released by the San Francisco on Tuesday, fourth-year running back Travaris Cadet was signed by his former team, the New Orleans Saints, on Wednesday. Cadet tallied a career-best three receptions for 69 yards with a 44-yard touchdown catch in the Saints 38-27 win over Jacksonville.
• Detroit Lions third-year punter Sam Martin, punted three times with an average of 43.7 yards per punt and a long of 52 yards in Detroit's 32-17 win over San Francisco.
