BOONE, NC – App State field hockey will be playing its first home game since Aug. 28 on Friday as the Mountaineers (3-3, 0-1 MAC) host the CMU Chippewas (1-6, 0-1 MAC) at Brandon & Erica M. Adcock Field at 5 p.m.
Friday's contest can be streamed live on Twitch and live stats will be available to follow the action.
App State, a team that is undefeated at home, is coming off a string of road games that saw new records, lots of overtime periods and low-scoring matches.
Goalkeeper Addie Clark and the App State defense have held their opponents to five goals in regulation through six games and have recorded 20 quarters without a goal allowed.
