BOONE, N.C. — Rookie running back Darrynton Evans, a third-round pick out of App State, made his anticipated debut Sunday with the Tennessee Titans.
Evans, who missed the first two games while recovering from an injury, gained 4 yards on his first career carry. He finished with three carries for 9 yards on eight offensive snaps as the Titans improved to 3-0 with a 31-30 win against the Minnesota Vikings.

Hayes was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster and played 15 defensive snaps in a 31-13 win against Jacksonville.
