JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Appalachian State University men's soccer (2-0) scored a pair of second-half goals to push past North Florida, 2-0, on Sunday evening at Hodges Stadium.
The Black and Gold are 2-0 for the first time since 2012 and the first time since 2015 Appalachian has won back-to-back road contests. With the two road wins, the Apps have already matched last season's win total away from home.
"Another great team effort," head coach Jason O'Keefe said after the win. "We're pleased to the shutout we missed on Friday. To score two more goals on top of the three from Friday is very pleasing.
