BOONE, N.C. – South African tennis standout Naledi Manyube has signed to join the App State tennis program for the 2023-24 season, head coach Ashleigh Antal announced Friday.
"We're incredibly excited to have Naledi join our App tennis family this fall," Antal said. "Her work ethic and high-level playing pedigree will play a pivotal role in our continued success next season. Naledi embodies what it means to be a Mountaineer, and she will undoubtedly make an immediate impact."
A native of George, South Africa, Manyube represented her home country last month in the Billie Jean King Cup Europe-Africa Group competition, which took place in Oeiras, Portugal.
