BOONE, N.C. – The Appalachian State University field hockey team blanked the Newberry College Wolves 9-0 on Saturday morning’s exhibition match at the Brandon & Erica M Adcock Field Hockey Stadium.
“Today we were able to get more confident with our organization in terms of attacking,” said head coach Meghan Dawson. “We were able to put the ball in the net more this game, which is a great confidence booster for us.”
