BOONE, N.C. – Returning home to the Holmes Center and jumping back into Sun Belt Conference play, the App State Mountaineers open 2025 by playing host to the Troy Trojans at the Holmes Convocation Center on Thursday. The Mountaineers' Thursday contest in Boone marks the team's first home game since Dec. 3. Tipoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and can be streamed on ESPN+.
App State is set to open its conference home slate on Thursday. The Mountaineers have won each of their last three conference home openers and are 3-2 under head coach Dustin Kerns in those games.
