BOONE, N.C. — App State and Boise State — with tradition-rich football programs that rank first and second in wins by Group of Five schools over the last decade — have agreed to a two-game series that includes one game apiece in their picturesque, bucket-list stadiums.
The Mountaineers will travel to Boise, Idaho, in 2025 for a Sept. 27 road game on the blue turf in 36,387-seat Albertsons Stadium. App State's Kidd Brewer Stadium, which recently repeated as the nation's best G5 venue via the College Football Campus Tour site, will play host to a season-opening meeting between the Mountaineers and Broncos on Sept.
