For the seventh year, the Laguna Beach Festival of Arts hosts this "Project Runway"-style fashion show. Artists compete for $1,000 prizes in four categories: most creative concept, most exciting ensemble, most innovative use of materials, and most glamorous and elegant Red Carpet-worthy outfit.
